Central Coast Mariners Gala Day success at Parklea

Over one thousand people attended the successful day which saw the entire Mariners team along with its staff helping the Gala day?s cause.
There were a number of events during the day that took place but the entry-free tournament which took place for sixteen teams in the Under 10s and sixteen in the Under 11s  proved to be one of the many highlights of the day.
Rockdale City Suns were crowned  Under 10s champions while the Hawkesbury Commodores took out the Under 11s crown.
Special mention must be noted towards Tottenham who drove 600km from inland Dubbo in attending the special Futsal style competition while the same must be said to Bathurst 75 FC.
The likes of Mariners stars Mark Bosnich, Alex Wilkinson, Sasho Petrovski and John Hutchinson along with their fellow team mates and coaches rubbed shoulders with the lucky clubs and their sides who participated in the tournament.
Football NSW would like to thank all the participating clubs, officials and supporters who attended this magnificent event as well as the Central Coast Mariners players and coaching staff  for what was a spectacular day for football.
