Determined Sydney FC scores thrilling draw with the Roar

In the dying seconds of stoppage time, Sydney?s relentless second half pressure payed dividends when the midfielder?s strike got the Sky Blues back level after trailing 1-0 for much of the second half of the match.
Following an even first period, the visitors took the lead early in the second stanza with Charlie Miller?s long range strike scoring what looked to be the winning goal.
However, as time ticked away the ball fell to Musialik in the box, and he calmly slotted the ball low past the Roar keeper to steal a late draw.
With two Queensland hand balls in and just outside their box going un-whistled late in the second half, the Sky Blues might have been unlucky not to take all three points from the tight encounter.
The Hyundai A-League will now take a week off for the next FIFA International break and John Kosmina?s men will look to return to the winners circle when they travel away to Perth in two weeks time.
