Want to keep FNSW’s Women’s content on the website up-to-date?

Hi everyone,
I hope that you are all enjoying the “off season”.
In recent weeks a couple of club have contacted me about publicising different things that are happening. One was A.P.I.A.-Leichhardt Tigers with their signing of Alicia Cavanagh, the other was Western NSW Panthers regarding the upcoming Proctor Park Challenge.
Whilst I have not started my duties for the new season with FNSW, I am happy to put together stories on clubs, players, new signings, whatever to publicise the 2009 season in advance. FNSW are happy to run any worthy stories on their website. This is another opportunity to get your club and female football generally a bit more exposure.
Now, one or two of you were unhappy this year that I didn’t get to your club’s games or give your club more coverage. Funnily enough those who complained loudest were also the ones who failed to answer any of my countless emails looking for players to interview, assistance with information re games, etc. I am here to help you and will most happily do so but I can’t do much if you don’t wish to help yourself. I’m only one person trying to cover both leagues. I am very thankful for the tremendous support so many of you gave me during the 2008 season. But, hey, I’ll be after even MORE help in 2009 for a few ideas I have.
Like I said, I’m happy to put articles through to FNSW if you want the coverage. I’ll attend training, give up some time to interview new players, coaches, etc. Just let me know how I can help.
Regards,
Ross Anderson
