The Youth League Report (Super Youth League) Easter Review

Of course, there is also the chance, even a strong probability that those trends will come to a screaming halt next week or the week after that.
I bravely predicted last year that this season would be a very tight one and that is already proving to be the case. The real beneficiary is the quality of the play that we can expect to see each and every week as the teams battle for every point they can get.
Club Championship
Nothing is yet set in concrete and that is never more true than when it comes with the realisation that there are fifteen points available at each venue every weekend and so the current positions on this table can change dramatically in the twinkling of an eye. Indeed, that has been happening since the opening day of this season and it could well continue to be the case for a few weeks to come.
PCYC Parramatta have established a lead of eight points at the top of the table and they are followed by Dulwich Hill. Third place is occupied by Central Coast Lightning who are two points further back while newly promoted Blacktown Spartans are placed fourth on goal difference.
Western Panthers are only two points further back at fifth and they are four points ahead of sixth placed Macarthur Rams and five points in front of seventh placed Schofields Scorpions.
Spirit FC are currently placed eighth, two points behind the Scorpions and two points better off than ninth placed Southern NSW who are playing only four games each weekend.
Northern Tigers are two points further back at tenth and they are five points ahead of eleventh placed Granville Rage who are, in turn, four points better off than twelfth placed Sydney Wanderers.
Grade 13
It is very clear that it is difficult to make any prediction with this competition because it is all too close to do so. After all, there are only eight points separating first from last and no team has a perfect record.
PCYC Parramatta are the competition leaders on goal difference with three wins from their four matches so far and they are being very closely followed by second placed Central Coast Lightning who have posted three wins from their four games.
Unbeaten Schofields Scorpions are two points further back in third position with two wins and a draw from their three games while Blacktown Spartans are fourth on goal difference following their two wins and a draw from four matches.
Dulwich Hill are placed fifth on goal difference after they earned two wins and a draw from the four matches they have played while Macarthur Rams are one point back in sixth spot with two wins from three games.
Seventh placed Southern NSW are a point behind the Rams thanks to a win and two draws and Northern Tigers are two points further away with one victory from four matches.
Western Panthers are ninth on goal difference and they also have one win from four games while Spirit FC are on the same number of points after they registered one win from three matches.
Sydney Wanderers are one point away at eleventh and they have posted two draws from three games and Granville Rage are twelfth with one draw from four outings.
Grade 14
This is another competition when no team can afford to feel safe at this early stage because the table is very close with only nine points separating first from last. Once again, none of them has a perfect record.
PCYC Parramatta have a lead of one point at the top end of the table with three wins and a draw from the four matches they have played while second placed Blacktown Spartans have won three of their four games.
Third placed Northern Tigers are a point behind the Spartans with two wins and two draws from four games and Central Coast Lightning are placed fourth, a point further back with two wins and a draw from their four matches.
Southern NSW are a point further away at fifth and they have recorded two victories from two matches while Dulwich Hill are sixth on goal difference and they also have two wins from their four games.
Seventh placed Spirit FC are two points further back at seventh with a win and a draw from three matches and Western Panthers have a win and a draw from four games and they are eighth on goal difference.
Macarthur Rams are ninth, one point behind the Panthers, and they have posted one win from three games while Schofields Scorpions are tenth with two draws from three matches.
Granville Rage are in eleventh position and they have one draw from four games while Sydney Wanderers are twelfth on goal difference and they have registered one draw from three matches.
Grade 15
It would take a very brave person to make a prediction about the outcome of this competition based on the results produced so far. No team has been able to maintain a perfect record and a mere nine points separates the top from the bottom.
PCYC Parramatta are currently leading the competition table on goal difference with three wins and a draw from four games while second placed Western Panthers have also recorded three wins and a draw from four matches.
Dulwich Hill are three points behind the front two with two victories and one draw from four game and Schofields Scorpions are fourth and one point further back with two wins from three matches.
One point further back is fifth placed Southern NSW who have a win and two draws to show for their four matches and Northern Tigers are sixth and they also have one win and two draws from four games while seventh placed Central Coast Lightning can also claim the points from a win and two draws from four games.
Granville Rage are a point further back at eighth and they have registered a win and a draw from four matches while ninth placed Macarthur Rams have two draws to show for their three games and tenth placed Blacktown Spartans have recorded two draws from four games.
Spirit FC and Sydney Wanderers are placed eleventh and twelfth respectively and they have both posted one draw from three games.
Grade 16
With only nine points between first and last, this competition is another that is too hard to predict. Any one of the teams could still win the league and any five could still fight out the finals series.
Blacktown Spartans have a one point lead at the head of the table and they have three wins and a draw to show for their four matches while Macarthur Rams and Spirit FC are placed second and third respectively with three wins each from as many games.
PCYC Parramatta are two points further back with two wins and a draw from four games and fifth placed Western Panthers are a point behind the Eagles with two victories from four matches.
Granville Rage are in sixth position and they have posted one win and a draw from fou rmatches while Sydney Wanderers are seventh on goal difference with a win and a draw from three games. Central Coast Lightning also posted a win and a draw from four matches and they are eighth on goal difference.
Dulwich Hill are a point further back at ninth and they have one win to show for four games and Southern NSW are tenth on goal difference and they also have one victory from four games.
Northern Tigers are a point behind those two at eleventh and they have posted two draws from four games while twelfth placed Schofields Scorpions have earned one draw from three matches.
Grade 18
As with all the other competitions in this division this one is still very tight as there are only nine points between the top and the bottom teams.
Dulwich Hill are the competition leaders by a margin of two points thanks to their record of three wins from as many matches and Schofields Scorpions are two points behind them with two wins and a draw from three games.
Northern Tigers are a point further back at third and they have posted two wins from four games while Western Panthers are a point further back at fourth with a win and two draws from four games. Central Coast Lightning are fifth on goal difference and they have also recorded a win and two draws from four matches.
Sixth placed Spirit FC are a point further back and they have a win and a draw from three games as do seventh placed Macarthur Rams and eighth placed PCYC Parramatta.
Ninth placed Granville Rage have produced two draws from four matches and Blacktown Spartans are placed tenth on goal difference after they came up with the same results.
Sydney Wanderers are eleventh and they are yet to register their first point from the two matches they have played while Southern NSW have not taken the field at this stage.
