Central Coast Football seeking General Manager
Position Title: General Manager
Central Coast Football is made up of three departments:

Community Football: responsible for expanding and developing football to the community and increased participation of children through school and coaching programs, club development, as well as other modified game formats.

Competition: governing authority of football and its administration of competition for its 22 affiliated clubs on the Central Coast.

High Performance: provides for the development of coaches and players throughout the 22 affiliated clubs by delivering a variety of accredited programs. Coaching programs include certification of Coaches and other programs, such as Target 11 are designed to teach young players skills and tactics of the game.
Working closely with the Board, the existing staff, and a highly committed volunteer and stakeholder group, you will have the opportunity to build on and implement the strategic and operational plans for Central Coast Football. In what must be regarded a hands-on role you will be working at the community level of football operations, developing and delivering Central Coast Football?s goals and objectives to its multiple stakeholders within a closely monitored annual budget.
To be considered for this challenging role you will need to demonstrate strength and experiences across the core position responsibilities including but not limited to relationship management leadership, financial accountability, asset maintenance, customer service and commercial management.
