PCYC Parramatta retained the lead on this table and Central Coast Lightning are still second despite their clash being the only casualty of this week?s rain and it will be rescheduled shortly.
When they met last time, third placed Spirit FC and twelfth placed Southern NSW split the points at six apiece but this week Spirit grabbed all twelve points from the four matches played.
Fourth placed Western Panthers has pocketed all fifteen points when they played eleventh placed Sydney Wanderers in the first round but they were forced to settle for eight points this time around.
Northern Tigers and Macarthur Rams each took seven points from their first round encounter and that is exactly what happened this week again this week, leaving the clubs at fifth and seventh respectively.
In the first round sixth placed Dulwich Hill had bagged ten points from their meeting with ninth placed Granville Rage and Dully were a bit better off this time as they took twelve points from the day.
In the local derby eighth placed Blacktown Spartans and tenth placed Schofields Scorpions each settled for seven points this week whereas the Scorpions had earned nine points last time the clubs met.
Grade 13
The clash between competition leaders PCYC Parramatta and second placed Central Coast Lightning was washed out and there was no change to their positions on the ladder.
Third placed Spirit FC were beaten 5-3 the last time they faced twelfth placed Southern NSW but it was a different story this time as Spirit took the points with a 1-0 scoreline. That took their winning sequence to three matches while Southern have now gone eight games without a victory.
Blacktown Spartans went down 4-3 to Schofields Scorpions in the first round but on this occasion the Spartans got the upper hand when they were 3-1 winners, a result that left the teams in fourth and eighth positions respectively.
Northern Tigers held onto fifth place when they bounced back from last week?s loss to produce a 6-0 win over sixth placed Macarthur Rams who had won the first round game 3-1.
Granville Rage came into this week with losses from their last five matches but they put that behind them with a 1-0 win over Dulwich Hill whose losing streak now stands at four games. Granville are now eleventh and Dulwich Hill have stayed at seventh.
Ninth placed Western Panthers had beaten tenth placed Sydney Wanderers 5-2 when the faced off last time but it was a bit different this week as they split the points after a scoreless draw.
Grade 14
Competition leaders Northern Tigers were able to maintain their unbeaten status when they were held to a scoreless draw by tenth placed Macarthur Rams who had lost the corresponding first round game 1-0.
The match between second placed PCYC Parramatta and third placed Central Coast Lightning was washed out and the teams remained where they were on the table.
Fourth placed Spirit FC extended their unbeaten run to four games when they came up with a 3-1 result over ninth placed Southern NSW who they had beaten 4-0 the first time around.
Dulwich Hill made it two wins in a row when they posted a 1-0 win over Granville Rage who they had beaten 2-1 in the first round. That result leaves the teams at fifth and eighth respectively.
Western Panthers arrived at this match in sixth place after they had gone seven games without loss while eleventh placed Sydney Wanderers had not been beaten in their last three outings. The Panthers were 2-1 winners last time and they completed the double with a 4-0 result this time around.
Both seventh placed Blacktown Spartans and twelfth placed Schofields Scorpions were coming off two consecutive losses and it was to be the Scorpions who broke that streak when they had a 3-1 win to square the account with the Spartans who were 2-0 winners last time the teams met.
Grade 15
After a seven match winning streak Western Panthers were the competition leaders and they had beaten Sydney Wanderers 2-1 in the first round. However, the Wanderers raised many an eyebrow when they won 2-1 this week and they promptly rose two places on the ladder to eighth as a result.
Second placed Dulwich Hill had not been beaten since the opening day of the season and they had rolled Granville Rage 5-0 when they lat met. While it was a bit closer this week, Dully claimed the points again with a 3-1 result that forced Rage back one place to eleventh.
The match between third placed PCYC Parramatta and sixth placed Central Coast Lightning was washed out.
Macarthur Rams came into this round in fourth position and they had lost last week and eighth placed Northern Tigers were last match winners. The first round game ended in a scoreless draw but the Rams grabbed the points this time when they won 1-0.
Schofields Scorpions had beaten Blacktown Spartans 2-1 when they met last time but this week the teams shared the points when the scoreboard read 1-1 at the fill-time whistle that has left them in fifth and twelfth places respectively.
Spirit FC had lost by the odd goal in five in their first round clash with Southern NSW but they got square this time when they won 3-0. As a result Spirit have jumped two places to seventh and Southern have dropped two places to tenth.
Grade 16
After winning their last five matches Western Panthers were at the top of the table while tenth placed Sydney Wanderers had won their last two games. The Panthers were 2-0 winners in the corresponding first round clash and they completed the double this week with a 2-1 scoreline.
The match between second placed PCYC Parramatta and fifth placed Central Coast Lightning was washed out.
Third placed Blacktown Spartans had not been beaten in their last three outings and they had beaten twelfth placed Schofields Scorpions 2-0 the first time around. The Spartans went on with the job when they registered a 2-1 success this week.
Northern Tigers were placed fourth and they had not lost any of their last nine games while Macarthur Rams were coming off a last match loss. The Rams had won the first round meeting by the odd goal in seven but the Tigers evened things up when they won 3-0 this time to stay where they were and force Macarthur back one place to seventh.
Sixth placed Spirit FC had not posted a win in their last six attempts and eleventh placed Southern NSW were coming off three consecutive losses. Spirit had won 2-0 last time they met and they completed the double with a 1-0 success this week.
Granville Rage were placed eighth and they had beaten ninth placed Dulwich Hill 4-1 in the first round. However, Dully turned the table this time when they came up with a 3-1 result.
Grade 18
Dulwich Hill started this game in second place and they had not been beaten in their last three matches while seventh placed Granville Rage were last match winners. The first round points had gone to Dulwich Hill with a 3-1 result and this week it was more of the same when they were 2-1 victors. That was enough to elevate Dully to the top spot.
Spirit FC kicked off this game as the competition frontrunners and they were coming off a last game loss. However, they fell back to second when their match against twelfth placed Southern NSW was not played.
The match between third placed Central Coast Lightning and fourth placed PCYC Parramatta was washed out.
Fifth placed Schofields Scorpions had won the first round clash with tenth placed Blacktown Spartans 2-1 and they completed the double when they produced a 3-1result this time around.
Macarthur Rams started the day in sixth spot and they were up against eighth placed Northern Tigers who had won the first round match by the odd goal in five. The Rams squared that account when they came up with a 3-0 success this time around.
Unbeaten in their last four matches, ninth placed Western Panthers had defeated eleventh placed Sydney Wanderers 2-0 when they met in the first round but this time the teams had to be content with a share of the points as the match ended scoreless.
