NSW Premier Youth League Round 7 Review

Grade 13
Marconi Stallions started the day as the competition leaders and that is where they remained at the conclusion of their activities after they produced an 8-1 win which meant that although Bankstown City had to stay at tenth position, they had achieved what no team had done before and that is to score a goal against the frontrunners.
Manly United graduated one place to second when they came up with a very solid 4-0 win over South Coast Wolves who dropped back one place to seventh while West Sydney Berries fell back to third when their match against Rockdale City Suns was postponed.
Sutherland Sharks are still in fourth place after they posted a very strong 5-0 victory over eighth placed Sydney United and Sydney Olympic held onto fifth spot when their clash with twelfth placed APIA Leichhardt Tigers was postponed.
Blacktown City climbed one position to sixth thanks to a 2-0 result over ninth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles.
Grade 14
Sydney Olympic are still the competition leaders following their 3-0 result at APIA Leichhardt Tigers who have slipped back one pace to eighth while second placed Sutherland Sharks were 3-0 victors when they faced up to eleventh placed Sydney United.
West Sydney Berries retained third place after they registered a win by the odd goal in five over twelfth placed Rockdale City Suns and Manly United have kept a hold on fourth position thanks to a solid 4-0 success over South Coast Wolves who are currently in fourth place.
Second placed Bankstown City are still placed at fifth following their 1-1 draw with Marconi Stallions who are in fifth position while Blacktown City dropped back one place to seventh after they were held to a 1-1 draw by ninth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles.
Grade 15
Marconi Stallions stayed at the top of the competition ladder with a 1-0 result over eighth placed Bankstown City and Sutherland Sharks remained in second spot despite the postponement of their encounter with sixth placed Sydney United.
Blacktown City climbed one place to third with a 2-0 success over thirteenth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles while APIA Leichhardt Tigers dropped one place to fourth following their 1-1 draw with seventh placed Sydney Olympic.
Manly United retained fifth place when they were 8-1 winners over South Coast Wolves who have slipped back one place to eleventh and West Sydney Berries rose one spot to ninth thanks to their 3-1 scoreline over twelfth placed Rockdale City Suns.
Grade 16
Sydney United are still the frontrunners in this competition following their 1-1 draw with second placed Sutherland Sharks while Manly United remained at third after they were 1-0 winners over South Coast Wolves who are eleventh.
Sydney Olympic are holding down fourth position even though they went down 1-0 to sixth placed APIA Leichhardt Tigers and fifth placed Blacktown City came up with a 5-1 win over Bonnyrigg White Eagles.
Marconi Stallions have climbed two places to seventh when they were 4-2 winners over Bankstown City who have tumbled back two spots to tenth and eighth placed West Sydney Berries posted a 2-0 result when they faced twelfth placed Rockdale City Suns
Grade 18
Manly United and South Coast Wolves battled out a 1-1 draw while Bonnyrigg White Eagles were 4-2 winners over Blacktown City
Marconi Stallions were a bit too good on the day with a 2-1 victory over Bankstown City and Sutherland Sharks were a bit too slick for Sydney United as the Sharks took the points with a 4-0 scoreline
West Sydney Berries rolled Rockdale City Suns with a 2-0 scoreline while APIA Leichhardt Tigers went down 4-1 to Sydney Olympic
