Woolworths 2010 Fresh Food Kids Community Grants ? Applications now open!

Since 2008, the Woolworths Fresh Food Kids Community Grants program has helped fund grassroots initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of primary school aged kids across the country.
This year, a total of $3 million is available and your organisation could be awarded a grant of up to $5,000 to help fund your project.
To apply your club needs to:
-Complete the Grant Application Form  (See attached)
-Apply by close of Business on Friday 30 April, 2010; and
-Ensure the club President or Secretary lodges/completes the application form;
-Visit your local Woolworths and meet the Store Manager, as the Store Manager will determine who gets the local store Community Grants.
There are certain items that you can apply for through this grant, these include :
-Sporting Equipment;
-Uniforms;
-Healthy food, healthy snacks or refreshments

One of the conditions is that the Community Grant is only available for Sports Teams with Primary School Age Children aged from four (4) years to thirteen (13) years.
