Episode Four features the 2010 McDonald?s Cup Final between NSWPL heavyweights Marconi Stallions and 2009 NSW Super League Champions Spirit FC. Episode Four of FSOT will be shown at the special time of 5:30 pm, Wednesday 14th July on ONE HD.
This week?s One to Watch is Anja Cherry from Project 22, AC United in the Southern Districts Association is featured during the My Club segment and FSOT pay tribute to Andrea Arratia.

ONE TO WATCH: 13yo Sydneysider ANJA CHERRY is fast making a name for herself in junior football having reached the pinnacle of the game ? Australian selection. Anja represented Australia recently in the AFC Youth Festival and is also a member of the inaugural Project 22 squad. Our cameras were there at a recent Aussie camp at the A.I.S in Canberra although viewers will be intrigued to see Anja ?juggling for a dollar? at Cronulla Beach!!
CELEBRITY CHALLENGE: It?s our fourth instalment and one with a unique twist. Bondi Vet DR CHRIS BROWNtakes on this special shootout challenge following the likes of Idol winner Damien Leith (4pts), Biggest Loser trainer Michelle Bridges (5pts) and Deano Gladstone (10pts) from Bondi Rescue. Chris Brown played junior football for seven years with the Merewether club in Newcastle. Can he set a new record?
STAR OF THE WEEK: The Southern Districts Soccer Football Association in Sydney has been one of our best football nurseries embracing prominent Australian clubs like Marconi Stallions and Sydney United. ANDREA ARRATIA was a hard working club official but also the SDSFA registrar who died in tragic circumstances last year. FSOT has paid tribute to Andrea?s legacy with a posthumous Star of the Week award.
FUTSAL: The Indoor variety of football has been the perfect learning curve for many prominent world footballers ? particularly from South America. This week we take a close look at the growth of women?s futsal in NSW. There are also highlights of the gripping NSW Futsal Final between the Campbelltown City Quake and the Western Raiders.
MY CLUB: It?s a unique way to meet a local Association club and this week 14yo MATTHEW AMOROSO takes us behind the scenes at his Sydney club A.C UNITED. As you will see, it a real family affair with dad John the president of the club while Matthew?s mum Joanne runs the canteen.

McDONALDS CUP FINAL: It?s our version of the FA Cup and the chance for both amateur and professional clubs to secure glory in the McDonald?s Cup competition which is open to all clubs in NSW. Spirit FC ? the giant-killers from the NSW Super League – take on favourites Marconi Stallions in the final. Spirit FC has knocked out NSWPL sides South Coast Wolves and Blacktown City FC in the quarter-final and semi-final respectively.
