Expression of Interest for State Team Coaches for the 2011 Futsal National Championships

We anticipate selecting two (2) teams to represent NSW in the following age groups and genders:
          Male:               11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Youth & All Age
          Female:            11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Youth & All Age
We are seeking nominations for the positions of a) Coach b) Asst. Coach, c) Manager to assist and accompany teams during these Championships.

This is a Child Related Position and will be subject to a Working with Children Check. Prohibited Persons need not apply.
Your application must include a resume outlining your experience and qualifications.
Part of your involvement will include attending the State Championships and a coaches? workshop on an evening prior to the first trial. Please be aware that you will be required to participate in the selection process of a number of teams. The selection trials will be conducted on two (2) consecutive weekends: Sunday November 7th and Sunday November 14nd.
All players participating at the NSW State Championships are eligible to attend the first open trial. Any subsequent trial will be by invitation only from those players who attended the initial open trial.
All training sessions will be conducted on Sundays: in November, December and January prior to Nationals.
It is Football NSW – High Performance Unit policy that parents are not allowed to coach or manage teams involving their children. If you find yourself in that situation please do not hesitate to contact the Futsal Office to discuss it.
Football NSW requires all State Coaches to be at least a Level One Accredited Futsal Coach.  Please indicate in the application form if it is necessary for you to attend a course.
