Football NSW Annual General Meeting Postponed

The AGM will be rescheduled to a date no later than the 31 March 2011, as required by the Corporations Act 2001.
The Board of Football NSW took this step after receiving the Report of the Commission of Enquiry which the Board of Football NSW had established earlier this year.
The decision to postpone the AGM was taken after consultation with Football Federation Australia (FFA), together with advice from the Company?s lawyers.
The Directors of Football NSW together with the FFA believed it was in the interests of the Members of Football NSW and football more generally for the AGM not to proceed in order for the Commission of Enquiry Report to be more fully considered and addressed.
