Sydney United appoint Jean-Paul de Marigny as head coach

After an absence of a few years the former NSWIS and Australian Under 17’s coach is back at Edensor Park where he will take control of the first team and restructure the Youth development operations.
“I am very excited to be part of the club once again and I’m looking forward to the challenge ahead.
?My plan for first grade is to build on the good work this team has achieved over the last couple of years and take them one step further.
?However, the restructuring of our Youth development program is the first item on the agenda. We are all aware of the history of this club and the players it has produced over the years.
?My job is to re-establish Sydney United as the premier player development club in the country.”

Jean-Paul de Marigny replaces David Zdrilic who was the player manager for the Reds in 2010.
