8 Football NSW Institute players called up for U17 Joeys camp

Eight current Football NSW Institute players received a call up to an up and coming U17 Joeys camp held at the AIS in Canberra.
Australian head coach Tony Vidmar will run his eye over NSW born players Jackson Bandiera, Caio Degodoy, Perry Fotokopoulos, Daniel Maskin, Liam McGing, Sam McIllhatton, Kosta Petratos and Zac Speth who all hope to impress the former Socceroo defender in winning a permanent spot for the Green and Gold.
All players have come through the current guidance of U15’s Football NSW Institute coach Ante Juric who hopes the boys realise their dreams in playing for Australia.
Football NSW Technical Director Alex Tobin was delighted with the news on the eight boys being selected for the training camp.
“It’s virtue of the hard work and efforts both the players, coaches and the structure here at Football NSW upon seeing this result.
“We wish them the best and hope they impress Tony in getting that permanent spot for the U17 Joeys side.”
