Subway Eat Fresh Club Competition winner announced
Subway Restaurants and Football NSW are excited to announce Matt Wedd as the winner of the $10,000 Subway Eat Fresh Club competition trip to England.
Matt selected his partner Neridah, in what will be a trip of a lifetime as they prepare for what will their first trip abroad.
The pair receive flights to London, accommodation and tickets to two top flight English football matches all provided by Subway.
Currently residing in the Nepean District, Matt was elated with his up and coming trip to the United Kingdom.
“I want to firstly thank Subway and Football NSW for this opportunity of a lifetime, I was really lost for words when I received the call that I had won this prize.
“I honestly thought it was a prank call but it turned out to be the real deal.
“I’ve been a huge Liverpool supporter from the age of eight so going to England to watch two pretty decent English Premier League matches will be top class.”
The eager football fan was equally looking forward to getting amongst it with the supporters at a respective English football match.
“To experience the atmosphere amongst fanatic fellow English supporters is something I cannot wait to relish.”
The two matches Matt will be watching will be Southampton taking on West Bromwich Albion at St Mary’s Stadium this Saturday while the other being the relegation battle between Reading v Queens Park Rangers at the Madejski Stadium.
Matt and his partner will depart Sydney for London on Thursday 25th of April in what will be an experience the duo will never forget.
