Nominations open for 2013 Charles Valentine Medal

Football NSW invites member clubs participating in the IGA NPL NSW Men’s 1, Super IGA NPL NSW Men’s 2 and Women’s Premier League, State League 1, State League 2 and Women’s State League competitions to submit nominations for the prestigious Charles Valentine Medal for 2013.
The Charles Valentine Medal is presented annually in recognition of an outstanding contribution which merits the highest possible acknowledgement by Football NSW.
Charles Valentine’s contribution and legacy to the sport of football are almost beyond measure, such were his achievements.

Football NSW will be forever indebted to Charles Valentine for his vision and financial acumen during his 16 years of service as a Director of the State Federation.

Nominees will be generally recognised as having contributed significantly to the development of the code. The primary factor for a nomination for the Charles Valentine Medal is the outstanding nature of a nominee’s contribution made. It is the contribution to the code above and beyond which is important
