Football NSW staff attended the 56th Orange Blossom Festival at Castle Hill Showground on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September.

The Football NSW activation area seemed to be a popular choice amongst the approximate 8,000 patrons who attended the festival across the two days.

Shooting targets, skills games, prizes and promotion of all Football NSW activities were the order of the weekend with great interest for the upcoming Summer Football and Futsal seasons and anticipation leading into the 2017 PlayFootball campaign.

Supporting Football NSW were Sydney FC W-League superstars Servet Uzunlar, Nat Tobin and Olivia Price who proved to be popular amongst those in the OBF Active Zest area.

Football NSW Staff Matt Rippon and Demelza Howard were extremely impressed with the both the organisation of the event and interest amongst the attendees with the world game

“It was great to see so many people, young and old, looking to have a kick around and interested in participating in football in both Summer and Winter formats,” Member Services Manager Matt Rippon stated.

“We were very appreciative to be involved in such an iconic community event.”
