You are required to enter the Fees in the attached spreadsheet for all the applicable grades / categories in which your Club competes.
Enter the message you would like to appear on the Invoice that your Members will receive (both on screen and via email). This can be something relating to the Clubs Bank Details for Direct Deposit, Payment Finalisation Date or any other relevant information.
e.g Registration payments must be finalised by 1 November 2024. For Direct Deposit please use your name as reference. BSB 000 000 Acc 1234 5678
As part of the registration process, members are required to agree to the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) entered by FA, Football NSW and their Club.
Club T&Cs - can be matters relating to the refund of registration fees upon cancellation, adhering to Club Member Policies, Parent Code of Conduct, Coach Code of Conduct etc.
T&Cs can be set up using the following categories: Junior Player; Senior Player; Coach; Team Official; Club Official.
Junior Player Example
Should a player leave the Club for whatever reason, with effect from 1 November 2024, the FA & FNSW registration fee component along with a $XXX.00 Club administration fee will not be refunded and the player must return all clothing/equipment.
Youth Player Example

Should a Senior player wish to leave us for whatever reason, prior to a release being granted the player must return all clothing/equipment that has been supplied, and pay the FA & FNSW registration fee component along with a $XXX.00 Club administration fee.
Non-Playing Role Example
Should a Non-Playing Role wish to leave us for whatever reason, prior to a release being granted the player must return all clothing/equipment that has been supplied, and pay the FA & FNSW registration fee component along with a $XXX.00 Club administration fee.
i.e. Family Discounts, Early Bird Discounts, Vouchers and Coupons, etc.
Please outline the discount rules that you offer at the time of registration.
i.e. Membership Numbers for linked Club or any other details you require from the Player.
The WWCC and Active Kids Vouchers will automatically be set up to be captured, so no need to request this.
Please note that there is no guarantee that we will be able to capture this data, however it is important that we know what else a Club requires at the time of registration from a player.
As part of the Play Football Registration system, there is the ability to add in additional products, such as gear or club merchandise. Clubs can also use the additional products section to include voluntary fees such as a Clubs Season Launch, End of Season Presentation, Fundraising Levies etc.
This process can assist Clubs with managing who is committed to purchasing these additional fee and gear opportunities, while also allowing players/parents to see all the different options they can purchase on top of their registration
