Football NSW will be hosting its tenth Annual football4all Gala Day on Sunday 1st July 2018 at Valentine Sports Park.

The gala day will run from 9am to 3pm.

This form is for any charity, disability service provider or similar organisations to offer their service through a marquee or stall on the day. Any organisation interested in displaying their services on the day is responsible for ensuring their marquee and other equipment is safely secured on the concourse at Valentine Sports Park and meets the FNSW requirements outlined below. All approved organisations will be allocated a spot located on concrete, along the fence near field 1.

Important Information
Maximum marquee/portable gazebo size permitted is 3m x 3m. Items brought onto site must be clean and in good condition. FNSW reserves the right to inspect all items brought onto site. Items that do not meet these requirements or which are deemed unsafe at the time or become unsafe due to a change in weather conditions, may be removed.
