|Latest PlayFootball System Support News|
|February 17, 2019:
[KNOWN ISSUE] PRODUCT MANAGEMENT| Feb 16: The Playfootball Admin system Product Management screen is (once again) displaying zero units in the sales column. All registrations can still be viewed in the Product Purchases screen, the Registration management screen and through reports. We expect this to be resolved in 24 hours. There is an impact, however, to any packages that have enabled wait-listing. The system considers the packages as new therefore registrations will not trigger wait listing. This is now resolved (Feb 17th).
[KNOWN ISSUE] CREATIVE KIDS VOUCHERS| Feb 16: This week we have found instances where parents have entered a Creative Kids voucher code (instead of an Active Kids voucher code). As these codes are all validated in the same government database, the Creative kids vouchers will appear as valid, will discount the registration package price by $100, but this voucher will not be redeemed by Service NSW. IAS and FFA are working on a solution.
[INTERIM FIX] Clubs are urged to check for any instances where the AKV voucher has been 'accepted' in PF (Product Purchases Report ) but not redeemed into the Service NSW club bank account.
Verify with the parent the number that was entered - if it begins with 9999 then it is NOT an AKV code and therefore the registration will need to be amended, declined and re-registered etc. Any other code could be an AKV code. If clubs have any queries, please contact the FNSW Online Services Team so we can investigate this with Service NSW for you.
[KNOWN ISSUE] TEAM ID CARDS| As clubs move into grading and team allocation activities there are still some areas in the system that are waiting updates. Team ID Cards are awaiting development for the card to be generated from the Team List. Currently in the system, ID card generation is available only on the Registration Management screen via the bulk action dropdown. This does not pick up team names, nor does it pick up non-players ie team officials. We are awaiting on a date when this will become available. Pending FFA.
[NEW GUIDE] CLUB MANAGEMENT| A Club Management guide has been produced by the FNSW team as a resource outlining the most common functions performed by clubs.
A new section has been added outlining new tips for TEAM ALLOCATION. A link to the guide can be found here Community Club Management Guide - OLS (v1)
[COMING SOON] NEW "Additional Questions Report" will be made available soon in the PLAYFOOTBALL ADMIN system for Clubs and Associations.

Q: PLAYER INFORMATION – Where can I find information to send to my Players about the new system and how to start?
FFA have the following information available to guide Players into the new system.
Step 1: Find your club and start your registration
Search for your club and click on “Start Registration” to find your club’s registration page
Step 2: Create your Football Account
You will need to create a new Football Account in 2019.
This can be completed by using either
- A valid email address
- Facebook account login or
- Google login
Please Note: You will not be able to claim your previous participant history if your email address or social login does not match the email address used for registrations on the old MyFootballClub.
Step 3: Claiming your participant history
After logging into your Football Account, you will be presented with a list of matching profiles from MyFootballClub where the email addresses match. You must link any profiles at this stage in order to register them to a club in the future.
Step 4: Registering
Once you have claimed your participant history you will be able to register any of the linked family members on your account or signup additional people.
