Tony Hristovski (Respondent) engaged in threatening or intimidating language or conduct towards a Match Official in breach of section 16.4(d) Schedule 3, Table B, Offence Code 09-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2020 (Regulations).
2. Further to Charge 1, the Respondent engaged in a threat of physical violence towards a Match Official in breach of section 16.4(d) Schedule 3, Table B, Offence Code 10-01 of the Regulations.

1. Guilty- Twelve (12) Fixtures Suspension.

GPT 20-04 David D’Apuzzo

1. David D'Apuzzo (Respondent) made contact with the face of an opposition Player in breach of section 16.4(d) Schedule 3, Table A, R1, Offence Code 05-01 - "Conduct causing serious injury" of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2020.

1. Guilty- Seven (7) Fixtures Suspension.

GPT 20-03 David D’Apuzzo

1. David D'Apuzzo (Respondent) elbowed an opposition Player in the face in breach of section section 16.4(d) Schedule 3, Table A, (R2- Violent Conduct) Offence Code 04-01-"Serious violent conduct that has caused bodily harm or responsibility for a Melee (Grade 2)" of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2020.

1. Guilty- Fifteen (15) Fixtures Suspension.

1. Player X (Respondent) used offensive, insulting or abusive language towards the Match Official in breach of section 16.4(d) Schedule 3, Table B, Offence Code 05-01- "Use offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or gestures (repeated and/or excessive conduct) of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2020 (Regulations).
2. The Respondent spat on the ground near the Match Official's left foot in breach of section 16.4(d) Schedule 3, Table B, Offence Code 16-01-"Spitting at or towards a Match Official" of the Regulations.

1. Guilty- Ten (10) Fixture Suspension.
2. Guilty- Twelve (12) Months Time Suspension..

GPT 20-01 Sydney United 58 FC

1. That, for the 2019 season, the Club charged junior players fees in excess of the capped registration fee prescribed by Football NSW by requiring players to pay a registration fee of $1,800 (i.e. $300 above the capped fee of $1,500) in breach of section 16.4(d) and/or, section 16.4(f) and/or section 16.4 (g) of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2019 (Regulations).
2. That, for the 2019 season, the Club charged junior players fees in excess of the capped registration fee prescribed by Football NSW by requiring players to pay for and attend a pre-season training camp at a cost of $125 per player, in breach of section 16.4(d), and/or section 16.4(f) and/or section 16.4 (g) of the Regulations.

1. Fine of $5,000 payable to Football NSW within 30 days.
2. • Mr Roy Marando be refunded the cost of attending the camp (as per the Club’s previous offer to Football NSW);
• Parents whose children attended the camp in 2019 and are returning to the Club for the 2020 season be offered the opportunity to participate in the 2020 camp free of charge
(as per the Club’s previous offer to Football NSW); and
• Parents whose children attended the camp in 2019 and are not returning to the Club for the 2020 season be offered a refund of the cost of participating in the 2019 camp.
