Overview
Three fixtures were washed out on Saturday – Bonnyrigg White Eagles v Sutherland Sharks, Blacktown City v South Coast Wolves and Sydney United v APIA Leichhardt Tigers ? causing further congestion problems for the clubs and the competitions department at Football NSW. 
With only two weekends remaining for competition play and considering the current weather trends, it could be a really neat trick to fit the scheduled and the catch-up matches into that time frame.
Manly United had pocketed eleven points when they last saw Bankstown City and on this occasion Manly had to be happy with the eight points they collected from the four matches played on the day. Manly then added three more points from the Sunday match.
Sydney Olympic had added twelve points to their tally from their first round encounter with Rockdale City Suns and this time Olympic added ten points from the four Saturday matches. Sunday?s match gave Olympic three more points.
Marconi Stallions had bagged all fifteen points when the faced Parramatta Eagles last time around and this week the Stallions took seven points from the four matches played on Saturday. A win in Sunday?s match gave Marconi three additional points.
On Sunday Blacktown City added three points to their tally when their Grade 18 match against South Coast Wolves was played.
Grade 13
While the top three are assured of places in the finals series, the next four will battle it out to secure the other two spots. That, when added to the fight to sort in top three pecking order, is sure to add some spice to the matches over the next fortnight.
Marconi Stallions had claimed the first round points with a 1-0 success over Parramatta Eagles and the Stallions completed the double this week with a 3-0 success. Marconi are now five points clear at the top of the table.
Bankstown City and Manly United had battled out a scoreless first round draw and they repeated that effort when this week?s match ended at 1-1, leaving Bankstown in second spot and Manly at seventh with some hopes of reaching the finals series.
In a Round 16 catch-up match Manly United accounted for Rockdale City Suns with a 5-2 scoreline after the teams had fought out a 1-1 first round draw.
The clash between fifth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles and sixth placed Sutherland Sharks was a victim of the weather on Saturday. The White Eagles had taken the first round points when they produced a 2-1 win.
Rockdale City Suns were 2-0 winners in the first round clash with Sydney Olympic but the teams shared the points this week when they battled out a thrilling 3-3 draw. The Suns are in ninth place and Olympic are tenth.
The game between eleventh placed Blacktown City and twelfth placed South Coast Wolves was washed out. They had fought it out for a 1-1 draw in the first round.
The match between fourth placed Sydney United and third placed APIA Leichhardt Tigers was washed out. The spoils were shared evenly when they played out a 1-1 draw in the first round encounter
In Round 13 catch-up action Sydney United registered a 1-0 success over Marconi Stallions, reversing the first round outcome when the Stallions were 1-0 winners.
Grade 14
While the top three teams will all play in the finals, their placings are yet to be sorted and that means there are a great many more nervous moments left in this season. Then there is the matter of the next three teams all striving to fill the remaining two spots in the play-offs and that will be very interesting to watch.
Sydney Olympic are the competition front runners by a one point margin after they were 2-0 winners over ninth placed Rockdale City Suns. When they faced each other last time around Olympic took the points with a 4-1 success over the Suns.
Marconi Stallions slipped back to second spot when they were held to a 1-1 draw by fifth placed Parramatta Eagles. The Stallions had produced a very impressive 9-0 result last time they saw the Eagles.
The match between third placed Sutherland Sharks and eighth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles was washed out. The Sharks had come up with a 2-0 first round victory over the White Eagles.
Fourth placed Manly United had secured the first round points with a 3-0 win over tenth placed Bankstown City and this week Manly completed the double when they produced with a 1-0 victory.
In a Round 16 catch-up match Manly United came up with a 4-1 victory over Rockdale City Suns who had lost the first round clash 5-0.
The match between sixth placed South Coast Wolves and seventh placed Blacktown City was washed out. The first round match between them had ended in a 2-2 draw.
The clash between eleventh placed Sydney United and twelfth placed APIA Leichhardt Tigers was washed out. United were 2-0 winners in the first round match against the Tigers.
Grade 15
We already know which five teams will be involved in the finals series. The Premiership has been decided but there is still the matter of the order in which the other four teams will finish. You can be certain that the fight is far from over.
The match between Premiers Sutherland Sharks and fifth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles was washed out. The Sharks had pocketed the first round points when they came up with a 2-0 success over the White Eagles.
Second placed Marconi Stallions produced a solid 4-0 victory over sixth placed Parramatta Eagles. The first round match had given Marconi Stallions the points with a 1-0 result over Parramatta Eagles. Parramatta cannot qualify for the finals after this week?s result.
When they met last time third placed Manly United were 3-1 winners over ninth placed Bankstown City but this time the teams shared the points after they battled out a 2-2 draw.
Fourth placed Sydney Olympic posted a 3-1 win when they met twelfth placed Rockdale City Suns. Olympic registered a 2-1 victory in their first round clash with the Suns.
The clash between tenth placed Blacktown City and eleventh placed South Coast Wolves was washed out. Blacktown had beaten the Wolves 2-0 when the faced each other in the first round
In a Round 12 catch-up match Rockdale City Suns produced a 1-0 result over APIA Leichhardt Tigers, reversing the first round outcome when the Tigers were 4-1 winners.
The match between seventh placed APIA Leichhardt Tigers and eighth placed Sydney United was washed out. The Tigers had taken the first round points when they were 2-1 winners over United. Neither team can qualify for the finals series.
Grade 16
There is still so much to play for over the remaining fortnight as no team can be certain of where they will finish on the table. Every position is up for grabs and even the seventh placed team has hopes of playing in the finals.
Competition leaders Manly United accounted for eighth placed Bankstown City with a 1-0 scoreline to be four points clear at the top of the table. When they met in the first round the teams battled out a 2-2 draw
The clash between second placed Sutherland Sharks and ninth placed Bonnyrigg White Eagles was washed out. The White Eagles posted a 1-0 result when they faced the Sharks last time around
Marconi Stallions recorded a 2-0 victory when they came up against Parramatta Eagles last time around and the Stallions repeated the dose this week when they were once again 2-0 victors. That outcome leaves Parramatta at third and Marconi at fifth.
Fourth placed Blacktown City were 2-0 winners when they faced tenth placed South Coast Wolves in the first round but this week?s encounter was washed out.
Sydney Olympic are in sixth place and they still have some hopes of playing in the finals series after they were 5-0 winners over twelfth placed Rockdale City. The first round points went to Sydney Olympic thanks to a 1-0 win.
Sydney United are seventh and still in the running for a place in the finals but this week?s match against eleventh placed was washed out. United had produced a 2-1 result in their first round clash with the Tigers.
In Round 12 catch-up action APIA Leichhardt Tigers posted a 3-0 victory over Rockdale City Suns who the Tigers had beaten 4-0 the first time around.
Grade 18
The current leaders need only one point from their next two matches to be assured of the Premiership while there is serious competition to secure the other four places in the finals series with six teams vying for those positions.
Manly United had produced a very strong 10-1 victory when they faced Bankstown City in the first round and they followed that up with a 7-1 result on Sunday. Manly are six points clear at the top of the table while Bankstown are eleventh.
When they met in the first round Blacktown City were 3-1 winners over South Coast Wolves and Blacktown completed the double this week when they posted a 4-1 result. Blacktown are in second spot and the Wolves are eighth.
Twelfth placed Rockdale City Suns suffered a 2-0 loss to third placed Sydney Olympic in their first round clash and Olympic went on with the job this week when they registered a 2-1 result.
Marconi Stallions took the first round points when they were 3-0 winners over Parramatta Eagles last time they saw each other and the Stallions followed up with a 1-0 success this week. The Stallions are in sixth spot and the Eagles are seventh.
Bonnyrigg White Eagles had shared the first round points with Sutherland Sharks following a 4-4 draw but this week?s match was washed out. 
Sydney United recorded a 3-1 result when they met APIA Leichhardt Tigers last time around but the return match was washed out.
In catch-up action from Round 13 Sydney United and Marconi Stallions battled out a scoreless draw after United had taken the first round points with a 4-1 result.
