Community Activation Request Form
This support request is for Associations and Clubs requesting Football NSW support from Game Development Officers for MiniRoos Kick-Off Programs Gala Days, Come & Try Sessions, Fundraising Activities and End of Season Presentation Days hosted by Football NSW Branches, Associations and Clubs.
The below application form must be submitted to Football NSW for consideration at least 14 days prior to the event commencing.
Below you can view the inflatable variations that Football NSW can provide as a value add to your event.
Please note: There is a $100 flat booking fee involved when requesting a FNSW Community Activation. After submitting the application on this page, you will be redirected to the payments website where the transaction can be completed. If we cannot fulfil your request, your booking fee will be refunded. Additionally, we only offer 1x inflatable per event to ensure we can support as many events as possible.
