While the Rangers may be very happy with their current position, they will be very aware that the clubs and teams behind them have matches in hand so you can be sure that Mt Druitt are taking nothing for granted with so many weeks remaining in the season.
Club Championship
Mt Druitt Town Rangers continue to lead the way on the table after they claimed all fifteen points from their home games against Schofields Scorpions who have dropped back one place to seventh. The Rangers had earned ten points from the first round encounter.
Second placed St George bagged eleven points when they hosted Stanmore Hawks from whom the Saints had taken twelve of the first round points.
Gladesville Ryde Magic remained at third thanks to the twelve points they pocketed from their home matches against tenth placed Northbridge. That was one point less than Magic had taken last time the clubs saw each other. Magic added nine points to their tally from the three Round 16 catch-up matches played against Stanmore Hawks.
Hills Brumbies climbed on place to fourth after they bagged twelve points from their clash with twelfth placed Mountains United, just as they had in the first round, and the Brumbies added another nine points from their Round 1 catch-up matches at Southern Branch.
Southern Branch zoomed from ninth to sixth when they shared the spoils at seven points apiece with eighth placed Camden Tigers who had taken nine of the first round points. Southern then added to six points they earned from the Brumbies to make their move up the table.
Hakoah actually dropped back one place to fifth grabbed twelve points from eleventh placed Nepean from whom Hakoah had taken ten of the first round points.
Grade 13
Mt Druitt Town Rangers continued hold down the top spot on the table after they were 2-0 winners over eleventh placed Schofields Scorpions who the Rangers had beaten 5-0 last time around.
Second placed St George recorded a solid 4-1 win when they faced Stanmore Hawks who have fallen back one place to fifth and that completed the double for the Saints as they had won the first round match 2-1.
Gladesville Ryde Magic are in third position following their 3-0 win over eighth placed Northbridge, who they had beaten by the same scoreline last time, and their 2-1 success over Stanmore Hawks in a Round 16 catch-up match.
Hakoah have moved up one place to fourth thanks to their 4-2 victory over ninth placed Nepean and that gives Hakoah the double as they were 2-0 winners in the first round.
In an absolute thriller, sixth placed Hills Brumbies suffered a 4-3 loss to twelfth placed Mountains United who were picking up their first win of the season. That was quite a turnaround as the Brumbies had won the first round match 4-1.
Tenth placed Southern Branch battled out a scoreless draw with seventh placed Camden Tigers who had taken the first round points with a 2-1 result. Southern went on to produce a 2-0 win over Hills Brumbies in a Round 1 catch-up match.
Grade 14

Mt Druitt Town Rangers are still the competition frontrunners after they posted a 3-1 victory over Schofields Scorpions who have tumbled back three places to seventh. That completes the double for the Rangers as they were 2-1 winners in the first round.
St George stayed at second when they came up with a 2-0 success over eleventh placed Stanmore Hawks who the Saints had beaten by the odd goal in five last time around.
Gladesville Ryde Magic moved from seventh to third when they recorded a 1-0 victory over tenth placed Northbridge, with whom they had battled out a scoreless first round draw. Magic also posted a 2-1 result over Stanmore Hawks in a Round 16 catch-up match.
Southern Branch climbed one place to fourth thanks to their 1-0 win over Camden Tigers who have tumbled back three places to sixth. That squares the ledger as the Tigers were 2-0 winners in the first round.
Hills Brumbies scooted from eighth to fifth when they were 2-1 winners over twelfth placed Mountains United who the Brumbies had beaten by exactly the same scoreline last time the teams saw each other. Hills then registered a 2-1 victory over Southern Branch in a Round 1 catch-up match.
Ninth placed Hakoah produced a 3-2 win over Nepean who have dropped back two places to eighth. The ledger is now square as Nepean were 3-1 winners in the first round.

Second placed Southern Branch accounted for eleventh placed Camden Tigers with Southern added another three points to their tally when they posted a 2-0 win over Hills Brumbies in a Round 1 catch-up match.
