Statement regarding Bankstown District Amateur Football Association incident

Football NSW has been advised of an incident that has taken place in a local football match in the Bankstown District Amateur Football Association (BDAFA) between Greenacre Eagles and Padstow Hornets.

Football NSW has zero tolerance for any antisocial behaviour from any of its participants at any time and will be providing ongoing assistance and support to the Bankstown Football Association on this matter over the ensuing weeks.

The matter is now the subject of a police investigation and no further comment will be made at this time.
