Coach Development is a key focus area within Football NSW to grow participation, increase retention and improve the development of participants within the game.
The coach is the biggest influencer on a participant’s experience within football behind their parent/guardian and as such we value the key role coaches play in making football the most played team sport in NSW and the game that captures the imagination of the nation.
Football NSW are embarking on a journey to create a five-year Coach Development Strategy to understand how we can support coaches in their footprint.
The Strategy will form a guiding light towards areas of grow within the coach development space and empower coaches to be involved in how we continue to evolve the landscape.
As part of the discovery phase of the Strategy, Football NSW is seeking feedback from the coaching membership of FNSW through an online survey to gain insight and feedback to our future direction, as well as engaging with Clubs and Associations.
Coaches who complete the survey will also go into a draw to win 1 of 5 one day passes for the 2023 Coaching Conference in November!
