Indigenous Football Gala Day set for Nowra

This Gala Day has been organised to educate the kids through football to verge them away from domestic violence especially alcohol and drugs in the hope of changing the mindsets of the younger generation towards a better future through sport.
Four teams which will make up two secondary age teams and two primary age teams of children have already been selected but organizer Theresa Ardler is still on the lookout from the Indigenous organisations in making up a team set to take on the NSW Police team located at Nowra.
Free BBQ lunch, stalls and entertainment will be present on the day with kick-off set for 10am running through till 3pm.
