Charge(s)

1. During the Men’s State League (MSL) 1st Grade match between FC Gazy Auburn and Wagga City Wanderers FC at Progress Park on 13 August 2017, Saviour King (the Respondent) uttered words to the effect of “you are fucked in the head” towards the Assistant Referee, and was subsequently issued a Red Card (Red Card Code R6) by the Referee (First Red Card Offence). Following the First Red Card Offence, the Respondent punched the Referee, once in the face.
2. On 2 July 2020 and on 9 March 2021 , the Respondent (or someone acting on his instructions) created two PlayFootball accounts under different names in an attempt to avoid serving a suspension from football.
3. On 10 April 2021, the Respondent participated for Polonia Rams Soccer Club’s 1st Grade Men’s team in a football match against Parklea SFC in the BDSFA 2021 football competition while subject to 4 Fixture Suspension issued by GDSFA to the Respondent during the 2020 playing season.

Charge(s)

1. In or about the 44th minute of the Match, SGC Player Tarik Ercan (the Respondent) punched CCM Player Jaden Casella, in the side of the torso, in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table A, Red Card R2, Offence Code 01-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations (Regulations).
2. In the final minutes of the Match, a confrontation occurred between Players and Officials from both Clubs. During that confrontation, the Respondent was grabbed and pushed by a number of CCM Players. Feeling threatened and intimidated, the Respondent lashed out and punched a CCM Player in the face, causing bodily harm, namely a punctured tongue, in breach of in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table A, Red Card R2, Offence Code 02-01 of the Regulations.

Charge(s)

1. In or about the 86th minute of the Match, SGC Player Nathan Roberts (the Respondent) extended his right elbow towards the head of CCM Player Sasha Kuzevski (however, no contact was made with the CCM Player’s head) in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table A, Red Card R2, Offence Code 01-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations (Regulations).

Charge(s)

1. In the final minutes of the Match, Players and/or Team Officials of both SGC and CCM participated in a melee, in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 11-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2021 (Regulations).
2. Subsequent to the melee referred to in Charge 1, a second melee ensued and the Players and Team Officials of both SGC and/or CCM participated in that melee, in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 11-01 of the Regulations.

Charge(s)

1. In the final minutes of the Match, when play had stopped and all the CCM Players were walking towards the Technical Area, SGC Team Official Adrian Webster (the Respondent) left the Technical Area, entered the Field of Play, confronted and made contact with a CCM Player who had been using offensive, insulting or abusive language towards SGC Players and/or Team Officials, in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 03-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2021 (Regulations).
2. Further to Charge 2, after leaving the melee referred to in Charge 1, the Respondent participated in a melee with CCM Players and/or Team Officials by confronting and making contact with a CCM Player, in breach of in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 11-01 of the Regulations.

Charge(s)

1. In the final minutes of the Match, Players and/or Team Officials of both SGC and CCM participated in a melee, in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 11-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2021 (Regulations).
2. Subsequent to the melee referred to in Charge 1, a second melee ensued and Players and/or Team Officials of both SGC and CCM participated in that melee, in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 11-01 of the Regulations.

1. In the final minutes of the Match, CCM Player Michael Katsoulis (the Respondent), used offensive, insulting, or abusive language and/or gestures towards SGC Players and/or Team Officials, in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table A, Red Card R6, Offence Code 01-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations (Regulations).
2. Further to Charge 2, the Respondent used offensive, insulting, or abusive language and/or gestures towards SGC Players and/or Team Officials in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table A, Red Card R6, Offence Code 01-01 of the Regulations.

Charge(s)

1. In or around September 2018, Football NSW imposed a sanction on the Respondent in respect of his actions on 16 June 2018 by banning him from attending, inter alia, any match in which SUFC were playing, by attending the Match in breach of the ban, Mr Pervan committed the offence set out in Schedule 3, Table C – Offence Code 27-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2021 (Regulations).
2. In or about the 8th minute of the Match, the Respondent engaged in conduct which included giving middle finger and open palm gestures to the RIFC supporters and then advanced through the crowd yelling at the RIFC supporters in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 09-01 of the Regulations.
3. At the conclusion of the Match, Mr Pervan engaged in serious violent conduct which included, but was not limited to, whipping supporters of RIFC with a doubled over belt in breach of section 16.4(d) Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 17-01 of the Regulations.

1. Player X (the Respondent) uttered words to an opposition player in breach of Section 16.4(d) of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations – Schedule 3, Table A, R6, Offence Code 05-01 – “Use of discriminatory, homophobic, racist, religious, ethnic or sexist language and/or gestures".

1. Following the conclusion of the FFA Cup Round 4 match between Sydney United 58 FC and Bankstown City Lions FC at Sydney United Sports Centre on 14 April 2021, Spectators standing on the far side of the ground (or “the hill side”), an area traditionally occupied by Spectators associated with SUFC, ignited four flares, in breach of section 16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table C, Offence Code 25-01 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations 2021 (Regulations).

1. Charge(s)

1. Players of Mounties Wanderers FC and/or Mount Druitt Town Rangers instigated and/or participated in a melee.
This conduct was alleged to be in breach of Section 16.4(d) and section 16.6 of the Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations, namely –
• Schedule 3, Table C – Offence Code 14-01, “Instigator of a Melee (Grade 2)”;
or in the alternative,
• Schedule 3, Table C – Offence Code 13-01 “Participating in a Melee
(Grade 2)”; or in the alternative,
. Schedule 3, Table C – Offence Code 12-01 “Instigator of a Melee (Grade 1);
or in the alternative,
• Schedule 3, Table C – Offence Code 11-01 “Participating in a Melee (Grade 1);
or in the alternative,
• Section 16.4(d) and/or section 17.9(b)(iv) of the Football NSW Grievance and
Disciplinary Regulations, or in the alternative,
• Section 16.4(f) and/or section 16.4(g) and 16.6 of the Football NSW Grievance
and Disciplinary Regulations.

1. Player X (Respondent) was issued with a Red Card for using discriminatory, homophobic, racist, religious, ethnic or sexist language and/or gestures in breach of section
16.4(d), Schedule 3, Table A, Red Card Code R6, Offence Code 05-01 of the 2021 Football NSW Grievance and Disciplinary Regulations (Regulations).
