Central Coast Mariners saw their table topping margin reduced when they could take only five points from their visit to Sydney University who used their eight points share of the spoils to consolidate second spot while Spirit FC remained in third position despite earning only four points from their journey to
Western NSW Mariners who are sitting in seventh spot.
Fourth placed Mounties Wanderers pocketed eleven points from their visit to eighth placed Granville Rage and Macarthur Rams are still fifth after they bagged nine points from their home fixture against eleventh placed Bankstown Berries.
Fraser Park have remained at sixth following their haul of ten points when they went to ninth placed Northern Tigers while Dulwich Hill claimed nine points from their matches at twelfth placed Bankstown City Lions.
Grade 13
Dulwich Hill moved to the top spot on the table after they accounted for tenth placed Bankstown City Lions with a 3-1 scoreline while Central Coast Mariners slipped back to third when they were beaten 2-1 by fourth placed Sydney University.
Mounties Wanderers were promoted one place to second on the back of their 3-1 victory over ninth placed Granville Rage and Spirit FC remained at fifth following their 1-1 draw with Western NSW Mariners who have dropped back one place to seventh. The goal for the Mariners came from Connor Crain in a match which was dominated in the first half by the Mariners but then Spirit responded well in the second stanza.
Macarthur Rams moved up one place to sixth thanks to their solid 4-0 success over thirteenth placed Bankstown Berries while eleventh placed Fraser Park were 3-1 winners when they faced twelfth placed Northern Tigers.
In Round 1 catch-up action on Sydney University rolled Mounties Wanderers with a 3-0 scoreline, moving Uni up to second and forcing the Mounties and Central Coast back to third and fourth respectively.
Grade 14
Sydney University continue to lead the way on this table after they battled out a scoreless draw with second placed Central Coast Mariners leaving the two teams neck-and-neck and separated only by goal difference.
Third placed Macarthur Rams produced a 1-0 victory over tenth placed Bankstown Berries and Western NSW Mariners remained at fourth following their 2-0 result over Spirit FC who have tumbled back two places to eighth. Two first half strikes from Sam Smith proved to enough for the Mariners to take the points.
Granville Rage are still placed fifth after they were held to a scoreless draw by Mounties Wanderers who dropped a place to ninth and Dulwich Hill scooted three places up the ladder to sixth thanks to their 2-1 win over twelfth placed Bankstown City Lions while Fraser Park remained at seventh following their scoreless draw with eleventh placed Northern Tigers.
In Round 1 catch-up action on Sydney University produced a 4-0 success over Mounties Wanderers but the result did not affect the position of either team on the table
Grade 15
Sydney University took over at the top of the table when they were 1-0 winners over Central Coast Mariners who have slipped back to second. This match was played in very heavy rain and it took until the 57th minute for Uni to grab the lead. The Mariners pushed forward in search of an equaliser only to see Brendan Lemay hit the woodwork twice and have a goal from Lachlan Wilkinson ruled off-side.
Fraser Park moved up one place to third when they posted a 2-0 result over Northern Tigers who have fallen back one place to ninth.
Mounties Wanderers dropped a place to fourth when they battled out a scoreless draw with Granville Rage who moved up one notch to sixth and Western NSW Mariners remained at fifth following their 1-0 win over Spirit FC who slipped back one place to seventh. The only goal of the game came from Sam Bailey who pounced on a loose ball to beat the Spirit goalkeeper who was having a fantastic game in a very tight affair.
Bankstown Berries climbed to places to eighth thanks to their 2-0 success over Macarthur Rams who dropped back one place to tenth while Bankstown City Lions posted their first win for the season when they accounted for Dulwich Hill with a 1-0 scoreline, a result that left the teams at eleventh and twelfth respectively.
In Round 1 catch-up action on Sydney University were 2-0 winners over Mounties Wanderers, leaving both teams where they were on the table.
Grade 16
Unbeaten Central Coast Mariners held onto their place at the head of the table after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Sydney University who have slipped two places down the table to fourth while Spirit FC took the opposite route, moving from fourth to second when they were 2-0 winners over Western NSW Mariners who have dropped one place to eleventh. Reportedly, Spirit were the better team in both halves of the match.
Fraser Park held onto third place after they recorded a 1-0 result over Northern Tigers who promptly fell from fifth to sixth and Mounties Wanderers jumped one place to fifth following their 2-1 victory over seventh placed Granville Rage.
Eighth placed Macarthur Rams posted a 3-2 scoreline when they faced twelfth placed Bankstown Berries while Dulwich Hill retained ninth position despite their 3-2 loss to Bankstown City Lions who have risen one place to tenth.
Grade 18
NSWIS are still the competition frontrunners despite the fact that their match against Central Coast Mariners is not scheduled to be played until Tuesday while Western NSW Mariners are in second spot after they were 5-1 winners when they met Spirit FC who have slipped back two places to fifth. Locked at 1-1 at the interval, the Mariners piled on four goals in the final quarter. Their scorers were Dale Lane, Jacob Tratt, Jayden Tumeth, Andrew Christie and Grant Koch.
Central Coast Mariners have remained at third following their 1-0 victory over Sydney University who dropped one place to eighth and Northern Tigers scooted four places up the ladder to fourth thanks to their 4-1 success over Fraser Park who have slipped back one place to sixth.
Macarthur Rams dropped back one place to seventh when the suffered a 3-1 loss to ninth placed Bankstown Berries while tenth placed Mounties Wanderers edged out eleventh placed Granville Rage in an absolute thriller which the Wanderers won 4-3.
Twelfth placed Dulwich Hill claimed the points when they defeated thirteenth placed Bankstown City Lions with a 1-0 scoreline.
