It wasn’t just the players from NSW that excelled at the recent FFA National Youth Championships held in Coffs harbor as four referees flew the flag proudly during the course of the tournament.
Emma Kocbek, Maggie Humphries, Isabella Libri and Chloe Gray all took part in the prestigious Girls tournament and from all reports represented the state proudly.
All four girls are part of Football NSW’s Referees Development Program that continues to impress with the further development of each official.
Football NSW Referees Education Coordinator Robert Nieuwenhuis expressed his delight upon seeing the four girls
“It was fantastic to see all four girls do extremely well at Coffs Harbour.
“This tournament has certainly played a role in each of their career developments as referees and I am sure that there will be more opportunities for each of them to progress in the not too distant future.
“A special mention and congratulations goes out to Isabella Libri who topped the U13s group.”
