Applications open for Wagga Futsal Cup
The fourth edition of the hugely successful Wagga Futsal Cup, the first fully sanctioned Football NSW weekend competitive Futsal event to be held in the Riverina is back.
Over the weekend of Saturday February 1st and Sunday February 2nd, Wagga Futsal will be hosting the event at Equex Multi-Purpose Stadium with age divisions as follows:
- Under 8 Mixed
- Under 10 Mixed
- Under 12 Girls
- Under 12 Mixed
- Under 14 Mixed
- Under 14 Girls
- Under 16 Mixed
- Under 16 Girls
Competition will be a round robin format with the best four teams in each age group playing off for spots in Sunday’s Grand Finals.
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 5 games.
All winners and runners up will receive prizes.
Equex Multi-Purpose Stadium is the perfect facility to host such an event with a viewing area of over 300 seats, the centre is conveniently located on Lisa Lane, Kooringal, Wagga Wagga with ample parking
PLEASE NOTE THE COMPETITION IS AIMED AT GRASSROOTS AND LOCAL FUTSAL CENTRES, NO REPRESENTATIVE TEAMS WILL BE PERMITTED.
Entry fee is $180 per team with limited places available so it’s best to get in quick!
The maximum squad of 10 nominations per team works out at an incredibly low fee of only $18 per player for a weekend of Futsal against the best local Futsal teams from around the state!
There will be canteen facilities available during the event.
ALL players must be registered with the appropriate Futsal bodies, Football NSW/Capital Football/ Football Victoria.
