AS Roma links with Blacktown City FC
Influential AS Roma and Coverciano accredited coach, Marco Arcese is coming to Blacktown City FC in early October to conduct a coaches development program and to assist Blacktown City FC with the selection of players for season 2011 at their trials commencing October 17, 2010.
Marco Arcese will be present to support the coaching team of Blacktown City FC in their selections for their 2011 Premier Youth League Teams on the 17th and 18th October, 2010.
After much consideration, Blacktown City FC has developed a 40 week curriculum that supports the FFA and applies AS Roma proven methods which has developed many successful footballers. This holistic approach focuses on developing every aspect of the player, from technical ability, strength, health to education and even their social awareness.
With the implementation of this program, young footballers will be given every opportunity to develop their game, this can be seen as a new and exciting time in Blacktown City?s FC youth development.
