Parramatta FC appoints Lee Sterrey as head coach for 2012

Lee is without doubt the most experienced coach in the NSW Premier League and Parramatta FC is excited to have him on board.  Lee comes to Parramatta FC with an enviable record from his most recent roles with Premier League clubs Marconi in 2010 and Rockdale City Suns in 2011.
With its Parramatta Partnership framework in place and the desire to promote youth for the long-term benefit of players and Club alike, the Board recognises that Lee has the runs on the board and will be a big contributor to those goals.  The appointment is not seen as a one-off quick fix, but more the beginning of the journey to resurrecting this rightfully proud Club and re-engaging with its origins, the Parramatta Melita Eagles Sports Club (PMESC) and the grass roots of the Granville & Districts Soccer Football Association (GDSFA).
The hard work now begins in re-building and re-sculpturing the First Grade squad, to be complemented by the Under 20s with whom Lee will be working closely.
