These potential elite referees now have been given extra opportunities through a partnership with the All Schools High School tournaments.
On the 18th and 19th June the All Schools Tournament was held at Seymour Shaw, bringing together teams from the Public (CHS), Independent (CIS) and Catholic (CCC) High School systems.
A very high standard of football was on display as the teams were competing to be champions and players were being selected for the NSW State High Schools squad for the nationals later this year.
Feedback from the coaches was very positive on the performance of the young referees and their game management.
Players were able to display their skills at a high level and this enabled the referees to demonstrate their capabilities in facilitating fast flowing football.
More matches are looked forward to later in the year by both referees and players for the knockout competition.
