Sydney East crowned NSWCHS Champions

The Northern Tablelands based city of Armidale played host to the 2013 NSW CHS Boys Football State Carnival that kicked off on the 21st of May and concluded on the 23rd.
Some fast free flowing football was played by some of the state’s promising young male football stars in what was a memorable event for all participants involved.
A total of ten teams competed in the NSWCHS Championships with the likes of Sydney East, Sydney South West, Sydney West, North West, Riverina, Sydney North, South Coast, Hunter, North Coast and Western all taking part in the championships.
In what were pretty intense football matches played across the three days it was Sydney East that proved supreme defeating Sydney North in 3-0 in penalties after the game was locked at 0-0 after extra time.
Sydney South West striker Mark Cindric was crowned Player of the Championships as his dazzling displays earned him the honours as well as being selected in the CHS 1 side.
