Paul Dee appointed Manly United 1st Grade Coach
Manly United FC (MUFC) and Manly Warringah Football Association (MWFA) have announced that Craig Midgley has resigned as 1st Grade head coach to take up a full time position as Technical Director of MUFC youth development and Technical Director of coaching development for MWFA.
Paul Dee who is currently assistant coach of the 1st Grade team will take up the position of 1st Grade coach until the end of the season.
Both Chairman of MUFC Keith Pester and President of MWFA Ray Fanning wish to congratulate Craig on his new appointment.
Both quoted that youth development is very important to progressing our game and having a full time Technical Director will assist in this area.
Craig’s new role will give him more time to develop local coaches and players within the Association and assist in developing the elite youth of MUFC.
Craig is an accredited A Licence coach who is currently progressing to his Pro Licence and is also an instructor in C Licence courses.
