Referees engage in fun activities with State Title teams
Football NSW referees Kris Griffiths Jones and Sarah Ho took up the ultimate World Cup Trivia challenge by various U16 Girls State Title teams at Valentine Sports Park on Wednesday evening.
Teams representing City/Central West coached by Danny Abboud and Country Riverina coached by Andrew Mason took on the Challenge with the referee duo in the Matildas Conference room at Valentine Sports Park as everyone enjoyed some time away from the State Titles taking shape at Blacktown Football Park.
The variety of questions during this contest included five decades of World Cup Trivia questions amongst a flurry of other football questions.
The young players were leading the competition and showing off their knowledge in Football until the last five questions with the referees pulling out some hidden cards coming home strong defeating both sets of sides.
The girls enjoyed the great experience during this challenge engaging with the referees and as they had a chance to let their hair down in what has been a tough week of State Titles football.
