West Ryde Rovers raise $10,000
Gladesvile Hornsby Football Association side West Ryde Rovers FC raised over $10,000 for the Pull On Your Socks campaign that kick started earlier in the year.
In conjunction with the McGrath Foundation and its successful campaign raising awareness for breast cancer, the Rovers were aided by two successful weekends which saw their 50 teams raise funds.
A special cheque was presented to Jonathan Carlin of the McGrath Foundation at the Rovers’ Junior Presentation Gala Day on Sunday 13th of September.
WRRFC are proud to have been able to support the McGrath Foundation and are keen to follow up a successful fundraising effort in 2015 to go bigger and better in 2016.
