Goals for Special Olympics
Goals for Special Olympics is a corporate 6 aside Football Challenge to generate staff cohesion and team building and will take shape on Wednesday 28th of September at Hensley Athletic Field in an aim to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympics Australia to help support weekly sports programs within your community for people with an intellectual disability.
Squads will comprise of up to 10 players, with each team playing a minimum of 4 games and maximum of 6.
Round Robin games will be 20 minutes while the knock out stages will be 30 minute fixtures.
Perpetual Trophies and individual trophies will be presented to winners of both the GOALS Cup Game and GOALS Plate Game.
Goals 4 Special Olympics Entry Fee
$2000 per team which includes:
· Goals 4 Special Olympics team entry for a squad of up to 10 players
· Guaranteed 4 x 20 minute games
· BBQ food plus beverages during and post
Event
Fundraising
In addition to the entry fee, each team is encouraged to fundraise for Special Olympics Australia. We can provide a pre-event visit by one of the Special Olympics athletes to inspire your staff. Teams will also be provided with customised, on-line fundraising collateral and promotion support.
The team with the highest fundraising total as of the day of competition will win a 12-person Outdoor Un-Catered box to a selected Sydney FC A-League game for the 2016/2017 season (*Conditions apply)
