Two football clubs in NSW shortlisted for Clubbies Awards

Inside Sport has spent the last 4 months scouring the nation to unearth the unsung heroes of Australian grassroots sport, receiving hundreds of heartfelt nominations that showcase the, largely unrewarded, dedication that people give to their club or sport – two have heralded from Football clubs in NSW.
In the ‘Best Club’ Category, Bathurst District Football Association side Macquarie United FC and Bankstown District Amateur Football Association’s East Bankstown will both be vying for the top gong.
There have been over 400 nominations from 45 different Australian sports and the difficult task of narrowing these nominations into a shortlist have been done by our panel of judges.
Now Inside Sport will open the voting stage as we ask for you to vote on who you think should be given the recognition that they very much deserve and be awarded one of the 2017 Clubbies Awards.
