Southern Districts FA spread cheer to Liverpool Hospital
Southern Districts Football Association’s Rod Galic and Catherine Cannuli played Santa Clause on Monday 1st of May as they spread football cheer to some of the kids currently doing it tough at Liverpool Hospital.
Donations such as footballs, jerseys and tracksuits were distributed by Galic, Cannuli as well as Southern Districts Football Association Director Neil Williams, as smiles were evident on the kids in the children’s ward.
In a fantastic initiative shown by the association, Southern Districts FA will look towards visiting the hospital for more donations in the not too distant future, spreading more cheer in the name of the beautiful game.
Galic in particular, praised the efforts of the Southern Districts FA board, its staff for instigating this wonderful program as well as the Board of Liverpool Hospital for organising this wonderful visit.
