CHS Schools Are Best Football Schools in NSW in 2019

The NSW All Schools Football Challenge was played on Tuesday, 10th September at Valentine Sports Park.

This annual tournament features the winners of the State Knock-out Competitions from the respective NSW school sectors: NSW Combined High Schools, NSW Combined Catholic Colleges and NSW Combined Independent Schools.

The Boys’ Division was won by The Hills Sports High School and the Girls’ Division by Westfields Sports High School, both schools winning their two games against the other sectors.

The Hills Sports HS and Westfields SHS gained their places in this tournament by winning their finals of the CHS Sports High Schools’ competitions. The Hills SHS defeated Westfields SHS in the Boys’ Final and Westfields SHS defeated Hunter SHS in the Girls’ Final. Full details of these competitions can be found on these web pages:

The winners of the Puma Cup (Boys) and Puma Trophy (Girls) for Comprehensive High Schools were determined on the same CHS Finals Day. The Puma Cup was won by Northern Beaches Secondary College, Freshwater Senior Campus, and the Puma Trophy was won by Rouse Hill HS.
