Board Members Farewelled

Football NSW has farewelled two Board Members, Louie Apostolovski and Stephen Hayes both of which brought a great deal of insight and direction during their tenures at the state-based sporting organisation.  

Apostolovski, who served eight years and Hayes, close to twelve, all played pivotal roles in the advancement of football in NSW across many key areas of the business.

“We’d like to thank Louie and Stephen for their significant contributions to the sport,” said Football NSW Chairman Gilbert Lorquet.

“I speak for many by saying that both will leave very big shoes to fill and I thank them dearly for personally guiding me at the beginning of my Football NSW journey.

“Their expertise, leadership and influence has helped develop and establish Football NSW on many key areas of the business and we’d like to wish them all the best with their personal endeavours.”

The pair finished up their tenures in December 2022.

Football NSW would like to wish both Louie and Stephen the best with their future endeavours.
