Coaching Conference Speaker Confirmed: Cameron Tradell

Individual Speakers 1200x630 TRADELL

Football NSW are delighted to announce Australian coaching expert Cameron Tradell as a guest speaker at the 2023 Football New South Wales Coaching Conference.

Cameron currently leads the Coaching and Officiating team at the Australian Sports Commission, where he is working to modernise the approach to coaching across all sports.

Cameron has over 30 years’ experience in coaching, across multiple sports, at all levels, including Cricket Australia, where he developed entry level programs and associated education and training course content, before taking the role of the National Field Trainer.

While part of the AIS Basecamp project team, Cameron developed an extensive multisport ball skills development program, which included skill progressions and regressions, servicing learners through to elite athletes, through multifaceted ability challenges and competencies.

At Rugby Australia as Head of Participation Growth and Coaching, Cameron modernised the approach to coaching and developing course content. He has also worked extensively through the South-East Asia Pacific region, most notably in Japan, where he worked on education and training design and delivery and product design to deliver sustainable sporting outcomes.

Cameron will be delivering a keynote presentation on Day 2 of the Football New South Wales Coaching Conference.

The 2023 Football New South Wales Coaching Conference will be held at Valentine Sports Park on Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th November. The two-day event, hosted by well-known football personality Stephanie Brantz, will see keynote presentations given by international and domestic special guests, with a raft of experience across all levels of the game.

Coaches will once again have the opportunity to sculpt their own learning journey through a series of theory and practical break-out sessions allowing you to choose topics most relevant to your specific interests.

Football New South Wales are also pleased to confirm that ticket prices for the event will be frozen and remain the same from the 2019 conference as a commitment to coaches having access to professional development opportunities.

Coaches can purchase a one-day attendee pass (25 CPD Points) or a two-day weekend pass (50 CPD Points).

Full attendance at each day earns participants 25 points per day towards FA/AFC Diploma reaccreditation as per the AFC Coaching Convention.
