Certificates of Currency 2024-25 The current CoC is effective until 31 October 2024 and can be supplied and remains effective until the expiry date. If your Association or Club is being requested to provide a new CoC please advise the provider that Football NSW is in the final stages of the insurance renewal process and once finalised, the new CoC will be available and will be effective from 1 November 2024. A notice will be sent to all Associations once the new CoC is available. SANCTION INFORMATION This sanction application form is for Gala Days, Come & Try Sessions, School Holiday Camps, Events, Fundraising Activities and End of Season Presentation Days hosted by Football NSW Branches, Associations and Clubs. Please note this application form must be submitted to Football NSW for consideration at least 14 days prior to the event commencing.

Football NSW's insurers require proof that suppliers of amusement rides, etc. hold their own Public Liability Insurance and has a minimum of $20M public liability cover. A copy of each supplier’s Certificate of Currency must be obtained and provided to us. A certificate of safe work registration is not sufficient. If you do not provide Certificates of Currency your event may not be approved. If you have more than one document to upload, please email to sanctioning@footballnsw.com.au.
Does your event planning include risk management?*
Please note that all events/activities must include a risk management plan. Any application submitted that does not have a risk management plan may not receive sanction approval.

    Grassroots clubs are required to obtain approval from their Association for the event, activity or participation being applied for prior to submitting this application. Association approval (email or letter) MUST be uploaded as a supporting document with this Sanction Application.
