Free Female Only Referee Course to be hosted at Wagga Wagga
Football NSW in conjunction with Football Wagga will be hosting a Free Female Only Referee Course on the 17th – 18th of May at the Wagga RSL Club.
The course will be conducted by Football NSW Community Referees Coordinator and A-League Women’s Assistant Referee Emma Kocbek.
Participants will learn about the Laws of the Game, as well as skills such as assistant referee and referee signals and how to use a whistle effectively.
“It’s an exciting time to be involved in women’s football with the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup coming up and we’re looking forward to having more women involved in the game, especially as referees,” said Kocbek.
