Nick Rizzo snapped up by Sydney Tigers
The left-footed midfielder agreed to terms with the Tigers after his short-term stint with the Central Coast Mariners ended after the side failed to qualify for the next stages of the Asian Champions League.
The 29-year-old has had a fruitful career which has seen him play at a number of clubs with the likes of English giants Liverpool, English Championship outfit Crystal Palace, lower English tier clubs Milton Keynes Dons, Grimsby Town, Chesterfield, Italian lower tier sides Ternana, Ancona, AC Prato and A-League outfit Perth Glory adding to his tally of clubs he has played for.
Rizzo joins a host of former A-League players who have since joined the TeleChoice Premier League with the likes of Mark Bosnich and Andre Gumprecht to a name few having been signed in the last few weeks.
