Grassroots Football Fees Remain Stable For Another Year
Football NSW is happy to advise that FNSW participation fees for 2016 will remain unchanged from the 2015 levels.
This will be the fifth year in a row the fees have not been increased.
Since 2011, the fees charged have either decreased or remained stable across all age groups.
These fees include no increase in the NRF nor the cost of insurance to participants.

During this five year period, the FNSW management team and staff have continued to build the services provided to all participants in the game and across all formats – outdoor, summer and futsal – with the overriding goal to grow, develop and promote Football across NSW.
During this time, Football NSW have also retendered the various insurance packages to ensure the best possible coverage for registered players, coaches, referees and clubs.
Equally only the real cost of insurance is passed on, as reflected in the reduced insurance costs introduced in 2015.
Football NSW are proud to be able to build on the direct relationships with Associations and clubs to ensure the delivery of services and support in coach education, Schools Football, Futsal, Refereeing, women’s and girls’ programs, summer football, Facility development, on line services, marketing and registration campaigns and member services.
Like all Associations and Clubs Football NSW are challenged to continually deliver more benefits and services whilst not looking to increase the cost of Football to participants.
By continuing to maintain fees at existing levels, while delivering more for our members, Football NSW hope the increased value offered will be recognised by our membership.
Football NSW are looking forward in 2016 to continuing our positive and productive relationships and partnerships with Associations, Clubs, branches and Referees bodies to ensure we can retain Football’s position as the most participated team sport in NSW.
