Media Accreditation 2012

Be aware that this media pass enables you to attend any Football NSW run competition which includes the NSW Premier League, Super League, State League 1 & 2, Women’s Premier and Super League, Premier, Super and Division 1 Youth League and the Metropolitan Representative League.
Application does not ensure Accreditation, which is at the discretion of the Football NSW, in consultation with member Clubs.
All applications are issued subject to the bearer accepting the attached Media Guidelines. Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in the loss of Accreditation.
No Accreditation will be processed unless all of the information is fully and correctly filled in. Any Accreditation application which does not comply with all of the requirements will be rejected, with the applicant notified.
All 2012 Media Accreditation Forms must be submitted by Friday the 13th of April 2012. Forms submitted past this date will be automatically rejected and no passes will be given after this due date.
