If you have attended any locations in Table 1 during the dates listed:

• do not attend football
• follow the advices at the top of the table

If you have attended any locations in Table 2 during the dates listed:

• follow the advices at the top of the table and noted in the table
• if symptoms occur do not attend football

If at any time you develop Covid-19 symptoms, do not attend football, self isolate immediately and get tested.
