Coaching Workshops
The Football NSW Coaching Updates last for approximately 90 mins and are made up of two sections.
- Grassroots Coaching Festivals: are for coaches of players in the Skill Acquisition phase between the ages of 8 – 13.
- Coaching Workshops: are for coaches of players in the Game Training phase between the ages of 13 upwards.Come along watch, and ask plenty of questions. No booking required.

Football NSW will once again be collaborating with our member associations to deliver Grassroots Coaching Festivals across New South Wales to launch the 2025 Grassroots Football Season
These festivals are a great opportunity for grassroots coaches to prepare for the upcoming season!

Upcoming Coaching Workshops
Online Workshop – Nick Montgomery
Sunday, 23rd March, 7pm to 8:45pm
Hear about creating a high performance environment from Nick Montgomery, former Central Coast Mariners Head Coach and current assistant coach at Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur.
Advanced Coach Certificate Holders attain 2 CPD Hours.
All workshops will contribute towards the CPD hours required for reaccreditation of qualifications required by Football Australia.
Coaches who attend multiple workshops of the same CPD topic will only be awarded CPD hours for one workshop.
